SP Apartment

In this garden apartment, we combined a sense of openness, natural flow and precise materiality that connects the inside and the outside. The modern design is based on principles of clean lines, maximum natural light and the use of natural materials that provide warmth and authenticity.

The two levels were designed to create a diverse spatial experience: the public level is open and inviting, while the lower level is more intimate and quiet, a private space that envelops the residents.

Our design approach stems from a deep understanding of the residents’ lifestyle a balance between functionality and aesthetics, between minimalism and warm materiality.
