Scope: Demolition & Reconstruction
Status: Proposal Phase
Site Area: 550 SQM
This project involved a complete transformation of an outdated and neglected structure in the prestigious Herzliya Pituah neighborhood. The original building, marked by structural decay and minimal architectural value, is set to be demolished in favor of a contemporary luxury villa that harmonizes with the coastal lifestyle and lush surroundings.
Our proposal reimagines the plot as a modern, two-story residence with clean horizontal lines, expansive glazing, and a rich material palette of natural stone, concrete, and wood accents. Emphasis was placed on indoor-outdoor flow, privacy, and the integration of greenery into the architectural envelope.
The new design introduces spacious living areas, a master suite overlooking the garden, and seamless visual connection to a resort-style pool area creating a sanctuary for sophisticated living in one of Israel’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
